Lake Champlain Heritage Service Awards

At Lake Champlain International, we believe people are a part of the solutions to the conservation challenges we face.   Each year we recognize some of the many who have dedicated themselves to the angling heritage and the conservation ethic inherent in our tradition.

The LCI Heritage Service Awards are awarded to the individual or organization who has clearly distinguished themselves by demonstrating selfless meritorious service, in private or public activities, for the benefit of Lake Champlain's heritage or Lake Champlain International.  Awards are presented in three categories:

  • A private individual or organization in service to Lake Champlain International;
  • A private sector individual or organization in service to the Lake Champlain Heritage; and
  • A public sector individual or government organization in service to the Lake Champlain Heritage.

Awards are designed and created in Vermont by Danforth Pewter.
Danforth generously donates these awards.
